Three Chicagoland Wingstop Locations Celebrate Grand Opening with Free Wings

The three newest locations will celebrate with a grand opening for fans featuring free made-to-order wings Saturday, Sept. 21

RICHARDSON, Texas – Wingstop opened three restaurants in Chicagoland over the summer, including its 25th location in the area. And now the three newest locations will celebrate with a grand opening for fans featuring free made-to-order wings Saturday, Sept. 21.

 

From 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., guests are invited to “Take 5” and get five free classic or boneless wings, sauced-and-tossed in their choice of any one of Wingstop’s signature flavors.

 

The offer is available – no purchase necessary – while supplies last at the new locations – 1473 Ellinwood in Des Plaines, 720 S. Illinois Route 83 in Mundelein, and 3059 N. Pulaski Rd. in Northwest Chicago.

 

“We’re very excited about opening up these new locations,” said Kent Chapin, new store opening director at Wingstop. “The fans in Chicagoland have welcomed us with open arms, and offering free wings is our way to commemorate the grand openings, and thank our guests.”

 

Wingstop operates 29 franchised locations in the state of Illinois, 27 of which are in the greater Chicago area. The chain plans to open five additional restaurants in Chicago in the next six months, a region already well known for its wings and sports fanatics.
