Champaign to get a taste of award-winning Wingstop, now open at 512 South Neil Street

RICHARDSON, Texas – Wingstop, the rapidly expanding wing concept with 550 locations, has landed in Champaign! The Wing Experts are now open and saucing and hand-tossing made-to-order wings at 512 South Neil Street in Champaign, Ill.

The new opening is part of a multi-unit development agreement with Chicagoland Wing Kings, LLC, a franchise group that is developing Wingstop restaurants throughout the area and recently opened a location in Hillside, Ill.

“We’re excited to introduce more wing and sports fans to Wingstop,” said Vishal Shah, one of the Chicagoland Wing Kings partners. “There’s already a location in Decatur, which has a very loyal following. With a sole focus on cooked-to-order chicken, the Wingstop menu features classic and boneless wings, chicken strips and sandwiches – sauced and hand-tossed in 10 intense flavors. Texas-based Wingstop was founded in 1994 and currently has more than 550 locations open nationwide and in Mexico.
