SPARTANBURG, S.C. – Wingstop has landed in Spartanburg!Wingstop, the chicken wing chain that sells one million wings daily, celebrates its grand opening in Spartanburg, S.C. Friday, July 10.
Wingstop of Spartanburg is located at 111 East Blackstock Road, Suite 200 and owned and operated by Jesse and Lorena Prioleau. A resident of Spartanburg, Jesse Prioleau was previously employed with Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., before he decided to invest in Wingstop.
“The Spartanburg community has really embraced the restaurant and loves our wings,” said Prioleau. “Spartanburg is the second largest city in upstate South Carolina so we have guests from all over the state stop in which has created a strong customer base. We look forward to our grand opening being a success.”
The grand opening kicks off Friday, July 10 at 11:30 a.m. with a Spartanburg Chamber of Commerce Ribbon Cutting Event and continues Saturday, July 11 with a live radio broadcast and wing eating contest from 3 to 5 p.m.
