Over 20 Years of Flavor

Since setting up shop in ’94, we’ve been putting flavor first. And we’re not about to stop. We’re all about taking our wings to another level, saucing and tossing the freshest flavors you crave along the way.

  • Am I able to submit ideas to Wingstop for future consideration?

    HERE’S THE DEAL
We at Wingstop Restaurants Inc. (“Wingstop”) are proud that our fans are excited by our brand and want to share their ideas, innovations, flavors, and other wing-loving thoughts with us. However, Wingstop has a full-time staff of wing experts who we rely on to generate new ideas for our brand and our fans. Not that your ideas are unworthy, but you don’t want to put the team out of a job. And our lawyers tell us that we need to avoid unsolicited ideas because we don’t want to have any dispute as to ownership of those great ideas. Below is more legal mumbo jumbo explaining our policy.
    UNSOLICITED IDEAS
Customers of Wingstop may have the perfect idea for a new concept, and we may be missing out on an exciting
opportunity, but ownership and protection must be considered. Wingstop maintains a policy that does not permit it or its employees to accept any unsolicited ideas from outside sources (fans and other third parties).
Wingstop strives to innovate and create through internal business departments and their employees. With this in mind, if we create a new concept through our internal experts, and a talented customer/fan submits a substantially similar idea, determining who the originator of the wing-tastic idea is would be a challenge. To better protect ourselves as well as all of our fans out there, we must adhere to this strict policy which does not permit the review, consideration, or acceptance of such ideas from outside parties to avoid any confusion of ownership. Therefore, we encourage you not to send us unsolicited ideas.
    TERMS GOVERNING SUBMISSIONS
If you nevertheless insist on sending us your unsolicited ideas, the following conditions apply:
    • Wingstop shall have no obligations concerning the submissions, including no obligation to review the submissions, return any materials, or acknowledge receipt of the submissions.
    • All submissions will be deleted from working files within Wingstop and no response will be delivered to confirm receipt of any submissions.
    • Due to archiving requirements, your email may be retained on our system, but please understand this is not an effort to keep record of our customers’ great ideas; rather, it is incidental to archiving.

  • What is the Wingstop animal welfare policy?

Treating animals well is important to our guests and our company, and Wingstop requires all of its U.S. chicken suppliers to comply with applicable USDA, FDA, state, and local regulations.  Outside the U.S., we require that chicken be sourced in conformity with all laws applicable in the local country.  We also expect our suppliers to follow industry best practices regarding animal welfare and, in the U.S., to hold themselves accountable through an appropriate animal-welfare auditing program.  We value suppliers that take a continuous improvement approach to animal welfare, and we consider that in making our sourcing decisions.
